Mulberry Property Management is run by Julian Cubbage who has many years of experience in the management of property.
The department maintains the personal approach of the Company and has been very successful this year, most notably being appointed managing agent to the majority of new luxury flat developments sold in Jersey.
A comprehensive service is offered that ensures buildings are maintained and run in a manner that allows owners to enjoy their homes with the peace of mind that comes from knowing problems will be dealt with quickly and efficiently and that their service charges are wisely and prudently spent.
On individual properties every care is taken in placing the right tenant in any particular property at the best rent, and the active hands on approach to management ensures that clients’ investments are maintained to provide the optimum return.
