Jacqui Byrne joined Mulberry Property Services to complement the Residential Letting Department. She quickly established herself as a leading agent in the rental market and now heads a successful department. She has a legal background having been a PA to a Senior Crown Advocate and she brings to the department organisational and administrative skills gained from her previous position together with a broad understanding of renting in Jersey.

Julian Cubbage has been an Estate Agent and Property Manager for over 45 years – for seventeen years he was with an international UK firm based at their Head Office in the West End of London where he gained extensive experience in residential development and property fund management. In 1997 he moved to Jersey and established Mulberry Property Services. He brings with him a wealth of experience and is now acting as Senior Consultant.

Holly Byrne Lettings Negotiator

After completing her bachelor of arts degree in Interior Architecture and Design at the Arts University Bournemouth, Holly has worked within the architectural industry for the last two years where she shows a passion for property and design. Holly has worked on various interior design projects gaining an innate interest and understanding of architectural design and property within the Island. Holly’s keen interest in design is valuable for all our tenants and landlords as she can truly see the potential of a property by considering all aspects of a dwelling.

Karen O’Hare

Condition reports are a way for landlords to record the physical condition and state of repair of a property at the beginning and the end of a tenancy. This is now a legal requirement in Jersey and must be done with every tenancy agreement. Karen is our Condition Report Administrator, she ensures that all our condition reports are comprehensive and highly informative. Karen has a BA (Hons) Degree in Art and Design from the Kent Institute of Art. Her keen eye for design allows our reports to be meticulously written to include all the finer detailing.
